The F12tdf was Ferrari's hardcore send-off for the F12berlinetta, built in a series of
799 cars between 2015 and 2017 and named for the Tour de France, the endurance road race
Ferrari dominated through the 1950s and 1960s. It is not an options package. Ferrari
took 242 lb out of the car, added 39 hp, widened the track, fitted a mechanical
limited-slip differential in place of the Berlinetta's arrangement, and gave it rear
wheel steering. The result was a car that lapped Fiorano two full seconds quicker than
the model it was based on.

This example is serial number 225242, built in February 2017 and delivered new by
Ferrari of Houston. It has covered 1,880 miles from new and returns to Houston now,
having spent the intervening years in Pennsylvania under the care of Ferrari of
Philadelphia.

It is finished in Rosso Formula 1 2007, a colour taken from Ferrari's Extra Range rather
than the standard catalogue, and carries a Nero Stellato livery stripe extended forward
over the nose to the front bumper. The interior is Alcantara Nero with Rosso details and
carbon fibre racing seats. As configured it carried a total suggested retail price of
$677,417 against a base of $485,000, a figure that reflects how heavily the original
owner specified the car.

EXTERIOR

Rosso Formula 1 2007, an Extra Range paint, with a Nero Stellato 666117 livery stripe
running the length of the car and extended towards the front bumper. The lower sections
of the mirrors and the door triangles are finished in the same Nero Stellato. Front and
rear Cavallino and Ferrari script are in satinated aluminium.

Carbon fibre is used for the headlight buckets, the fog lamp surrounds and the underdoor
covers. The aluminium body shell and chassis are as Ferrari built them.

WHEELS AND BRAKES

20 inch forged wheels in the dark painted finish, with carbon fibre hub caps. Michelin
tyres are fitted, 315/35 ZR20 at the rear, in place of the Pirellis listed on the
original window sticker.

Braking is by Ferrari's CCM3 carbon ceramic system.

INTERIOR

Alcantara Nero 9440 throughout, with coloured inner details in Rosso Ferrari 130421.
Carbon fibre racing seats in the large size, trimmed in Alcantara with red centre
stripes, and a Cavallino stitched into each headrest in Rosso 0504 with the F12 tdf logo
embroidered beneath it, the F12 in Grigio Chiaro thread and the tdf in red.

The vertical rear wall, the luggage shelf and the front of the parcel shelf are trimmed
in black small diamond pattern Alcantara. Dashboard inserts and the rear bench trim are
carbon fibre. A coloured steering wheel from the Extra Range, coloured mats with logo,
and a matching set of luggage complete the cabin.

Equipment includes Apple CarPlay, satellite navigation with Bluetooth, satellite radio,
the high power hi-fi system, front and rear parking cameras, adaptive front lighting and
a heat insulating windscreen.

MECHANICAL

6.3 litre naturally aspirated V12 producing 769 hp and 519 lb-ft, driving the rear
wheels through a seven speed dual clutch transmission.

The tdf specification includes Ferrari's Virtual Short Wheelbase system with four wheel
steering, SCM-E electromagnetic dampers, the E-Diff3 electronic rear differential and
F1-Trac traction control. Engine covers, the filter box cover and the dashboard inserts
are carbon fibre. This car was also specified with Ferrari Telemetry, the track inner
cams kit, the sport exhaust system and the suspension lifter.

DOCUMENTATION AND SERVICE

Supplied with the original Manufacturer's Statement of Origin, the original window
sticker, the delivery invoice and a Carfax report. The personalization specifications
plate remains in place in the luggage compartment.
