Vehicle Description
This 1990 Mercedes-Benz 190E 2.6 was ordered with a Sportline trim package when new, and it features a suite of Lorinser body and interior elements. The vehicle was imported to the US from Europe in March 2025.
Finished in Nautical Blue Metallic over blue cloth, the car is powered by an M103 inline-six paired with a five-speed manual transmission, and it has 15" Gullideckel wheels, sport seats, power windows, and a Bluetooth-capable Alpine stereo. We have serviced its engine, headlights and installed new tires.
In addition to revised valances and a Lorinser decklid emblem, exterior details include headlight wipers, fog lights, and body-colored, asymmetrical mirror caps. Lenses for the European-specification headlamps were replaced by the selling dealer. The Sportline package included quick-ratio steering in addition to sport-tuned suspension, and anti-lock disc brakes provide stopping power. The 15 inch Gullideckel wheels were mounted with 225/50 Kumho Ecsta AST tires in July 2025. The sport seats are trimmed in blue cloth with patterned inserts that extend to the door panels, and the cabin has a contoured rear bench, power windows, Clarion speakers, an Alpine stereo with Bluetooth and a USB port, and Lorinser-script door sill plates. A Lorinser steering wheel fronts the instrument cluster, which has a 240-km/h speedometer with a six-digit odometer showing 116,473k kilometers (~72.2k miles). The dashboard has the brushed aluminum plate shown above. The M103 inline-six features a color-keyed valve cover with a Lorinser badge, as well, and a Lorinser muffler.
The radiator and air conditioning were serviced along with fluids and filters in July 2025, and the following components were replaced:
Water pump
Thermostat
Auxiliary cooling fan
Viscous cooling fan clutch
Drive belt and tensioners Hoses
Coolant level sensor
Oil pressure sending unit
Power is sent to the rear wheels through a five-speed manual transmission.
